Routine Periodic Maintenance of your Fork Lift Truck
Keeping
a truck in first class condition makes obvious sense.
Not only does it help ensure you meet the requirements
of the Health and Safety at Work Act, but it reduces
downtime...so your truck is more productive...more profitable.
Regular servicing of trucks is beneficial as we can
often identify potential problems before they develop
into something more serious and possibly more costly.
Customer Service Support
All forms of equipment need to be maintained on a regular
basis for them to operate safely and effectively. It
is therefore paramount that your supplier can deliver
the level of service support you require. At Western
Mechanical we pride ourselves on the excellent service
support we provide to our existing customers.
We cover Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Wiltshire, Avon,
Somerset and the whole South West.
Customer Service Control Team - looking after your
Lift Truck
We operate a response system second to none with fully
qualified engineers taking all calls and distributing
the work. By structuring ourselves in this way all calls
are instantly prioritised and reacted upon immediately
by experienced professionals.
Customer Service Engineers - all over the South West
We have a team of loyal, widely experienced mobile
service engineers who operate from well-equipped vehicles
based throughout the South West. With them being locally
based they can respond rapidly to an emergency.
They have all been trained on the IC and Electric Caterpillar
range and associated products. We also have Specialist
Engineers who can maintain Pyroban equipment.
At our main depot there are two fully equipped emergency
vehicles supporting our mobile engineers when required.
Response Time/First Time Fix
In the case of an emergency we guarantee to be on site
with 2 hours. Our typical response within your area
is within one hour. This is unrivalled within the industry.
Arriving on site promptly is important but getting
it fixed there and then is paramount. Our experienced
Customer Service Control Team will assess your requirement
when you place your call and pre-empt your engineer
with the parts they may require. It would be untruthful
to say that our vehicles stock every part that could
ever be required, however we have systems in place to
ensure the correct parts can be delivered to your site
as fast as possible.
Parts Availability for your Fork Lift Truck
Through focussed stock control we hold in excess of
£100,000 worth of stock between the depot and
our vehicles. We constantly restock the faster moving
lines thus ensuring that they are always available.
The full caterpillar range only consists of approximately
18,000 product lines.
